Christina “Cina” Welch

President & CEO, FCCI Insurance Group, Sarasota

FCCI was founded in 1959, offering workers’ compensation insurance. FCCI is now a super-regional commercial property and casualty carrier with 870 employees, partnerships with 3,839 independent agents, and $1.1 billion in direct-written premiums. Welch joined FCCI in 1998 and became president and chief executive officer in 2020.
