Founded in 2006, American Integrity Insurance Group has more than 300 employees and serves nearly 400,000 policyholders. Ritchie has worked with policymakers and industry peers to champion legal reform in Florida’s property insurance market and helped support the passage of landmark legislation in 2022 — both of which he says are “contributing to a more stable, sustainable environment for insurers and policyholders.”
