With more than 14,000 employees, JPMorgan Chase has a significant presence in Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, Orlando and Miami. Flores has been with the firm for 10 years and has led J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking statewide since 2022. She's also chair of the Tampa Bay Partnership, "bringing together regional leaders to drive collaboration and development across the Tampa Bay region."

FIRST JOB: As a teenager, I worked at Marcal Growers, my family's horticultural nursery. … Working through intense heat, I learned not only the value of hard work, but the intricacies and challenges of running a business — I truly understand and appreciate “sweat equity.”

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: CEO of a private middle market company. My entire career has been focused around supporting CEOs in their strategic financial decisions. Becoming the driving force of a company would allow me to directly influence its strategic direction, leveraging my insights and experience to drive its success.

NONPROFIT PASSION: I am deeply passionate about the University of North Florida (UNF) Foundation and currently serve on the board.
