As a managing director and treasury sales executive for more than 28 years, Belfatti leads 98 professionals nationwide, overseeing treasury management for the southern U.S., national dealer finance and the sports industry sectors for Bank of America’s Global Commercial Bank. She serves on the Market President’s Leadership Council and supports local nonprofits such as Feeding Tampa Bay through grants and volunteer initiatives. She also champions women-owned businesses in the region by leading the Bank of America Women’s Business Council and promoting financial literacy and wealth management.
EDUCATION: Florida State University (BS)
FIRST JOB: A camp counselor at Camp Nakanawa, a historic all-girls camp nestled in Crossville, Tenn.
DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I would join the CIA or FBI to dismantle global child trafficking networks. With a criminology degree and special operations training, my mission would focus on rescuing victims and prosecuting traffickers.
SOMETHING SURPRISING: For over 25 years, I’ve quietly served behind the scenes at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tampa. As a Lay Eucharistic Visitor, I bring communion to parishioners who are homebound or hospitalized. Additionally, I serve as a Stephen Minister, offering one-to-one, Christ-centered care to individuals navigating life’s challenges such as illness, grief or job loss.
