Since he joined the bank in 2009, it has grown from $2.8 billion in assets to nearly $20 billion through both organic growth and acquisitions. In the past year, the bank launched a $1-million COVID relief fund that targeted three areas of critical need during the pandemic: Community hospitals and health care providers; non-profits addressing food insecurity; and organizations that serve vulnerable segments of the population, including those with special needs or homelessness.
