Founded in 1958, NSI Insurance Group is one of Florida’s largest private insurance and risk management firms. It serves families and businesses across 50 states and over 100 countries. NSI has twelve offices and more than 300 employees throughout Florida. Seikaly joined NSI in 1990, becoming CEO in 2015.

EDUCATION: Colgate University (BA)

FIRST JOB: At 21, fresh out of college, I was hired to build a project logistics and insurance business in Saudi Arabia. ... That leap into the unknown, fueled by risk taking and resilience, led to the creation of a successful company with 600 employees and six offices around the country that continues to thrive today.

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: A diplomat, working to bridge divides and foster peace through meaningful engagement.

SOMETHING SURPRISING: I studied the political economy of the People’s Republic of China when it was still a closed, communist society. With special permission, I lived there for a year, engaging with university students and professors while researching the foundations of China’s political and economic system just before the country began opening to the world. It was a rare and eye-opening experience that deeply shaped my global perspective, particularly on the contrast between democratic and authoritarian systems.

PASSION PROJECT: I am passionate about appreciating and collecting art and have traveled to over 80 countries to visit major private collections, art fairs and exhibitions.
