SOUTH FLORIDA REGION PRESIDENT, FIFTH THIRD BANK, NAPLES
When Green arrived to lead Fifth Third’s South Florida region in 2023, the bank had nine branches. Today, that’s more than doubled, and the bank is predicting an increase to 50 branches by 2026. She’s also aggressively growing Fifth Third’s corporate banking team. The aim is to replicate Fifth Third’s success in Southwest Florida, where it holds the No. 1 market share in deposits and locations. Green has spent her career with Fifth Third, progressing through leadership positions in retail, business banking, human capital, mortgage and wealth and asset management. She was managing director of Fifth Third Private Bank in the bank’s Central Ohio region before coming to Florida. Green serves on the board of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council.
