Bank of America has more than 18,000 employees across the state. For 41 years, Brumley has served Bank of America in positions from CFO to commercial lender to Palm Beach president since 2007. She’s also chaired the boards of the Florida Bankers Association, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, the Business Development Board and many nonprofits.

FIRST JOB: Worked as an accounting data entry clerk for my father who was a CPA/CFO. I was 13.
SOMETHING SURPRISING: People that meet me for the first time don’t know that I immigrated to the U.S., English is my third language or that I’ve never dyed my hair.
DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: In my field, I am most inspired by the entrepreneurs I meet. They are the backbone of our economy and take significant risks with the support of their families. If I didn’t get to enjoy serving them, I’d want to become one of them.
