BRYAN AYLSTOCK
FOUNDING PARTNER, AYLSTOCK WITKIN KREIS & OVERHOLTZ, PENSACOLA
Small-city Pensacola’s big-time litigator, Aylstock has been much in the news for the $6-billion settlement made by 3M with his clients — veterans he represented who say the company’s earplugs failed to protect their hearing while they were serving in the military. He won four of the first five bellwether trials — prompting 3M to settle in one of the largest mass torts in the nation with 276,000 plaintiffs. Aylstock graduated from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law after earning a bachelor’s in history from the University of North Florida. He founded his firm in 2001. His practice has focused on suing makers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices like pelvic repair systems and Zoloft.
