Founded in 1889, Holland & Knight has about 4,200 lawyers and staff in 35 offices worldwide. Grammig became chair and CEO in 2024 and previously led or co-led the firm’s corporate/mergers & acquisitions and securities practice for 19 years. He has also served in a number of capacities for over a decade with the Florida Chamber of Commerce, including his time as chair from 2017-2019.

FIRST JOB: My first job, other than paper routes, was flipping burgers at McDonalds in Melbourne in 1972.

HOBBY: I enjoy bonefishing.
