Under Grammig, Holland & Knight added a Seattle office in 2025, taking the firm to 35 offices with 4,200 lawyers and staff. The firm also invested in a new operations center that's three stories and 100,000 square feet in Tampa for administrative personnel including accounting, finance, HR, IT, business intake, information governance, privacy and compliance, enterprise project management, knowledge and innovation, and marketing. It opened in November 2025. Prior to heading the firm, Grammig led its corporate, M&A and securities group. He's been included in Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Who's Who Legal Worldwide. He chaired the Florida Chamber of Commerce from 2017 to 2019 and was on its board for more than a decade.
