Polsinelli is an AmLaw 100 full-service law firm with more than 1,000 attorneys in 24 offices throughout the U.S. The firm currently has over 2,000 employees. Wilson, a health care regulatory attorney with a business and finance background, has led the Miami office for more than six years. He is past chair of the Health Foundation of South Florida and held leadership positions with the American Red Cross and Make-A-Wish. He’s also served as chair of the Health Law Section of the Florida Bar and has served on and led numerous other Bar committees.

FIRST JOB: While in high school and before moving away to college, I was a cashier at the Jefferson Ward department store located at Midway Mall in Miami.

SOMETHING SURPRISING: I sailed across the Atlantic. Ten days. Non-stop.
It was a race. We came in sixth out of 200 boats. Physically demanding, sometimes scary, but we had a lot of fun.

PASSION PROJECT: My passion is my family. My current (no timeline) project is helping them achieve happiness and everything else that they are capable of.
