Saul Ewing provides a range of services with more than 450 attorneys in 18 offices throughout the U.S., including in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Colon joined the firm as a partner in 2021, advising on legal issues involving construction projects, real estate development and government contracting compliance. Colon teaches construction law at Nova Southeastern University, mentors young attorneys and leads industry webinars and panels. She's also held leadership roles in several construction law bar and trade associations.

IN MY DOWNTIME: Ten years ago, I set out to run a marathon on each continent. That goal was cut short by heart failure. Now after a heart transplant, I will finish that goal as a testament to resilience and gratitude.
