Schwartz’s employment law firm represents both employees and employers in the litigation of employment cases and other workplace-related matters. It employs 16. The firm, which Schwartz founded in 1992, contributes time and resources to more than a dozen charitable and non-profit organizations each year, including the American Heart Association, Second Harvest Food Bank and the Ronald McDonald House. In 2005, Schwartz became the first woman in Florida inducted into the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, a recognition by her colleagues of performance in her profession.

|PROFESSIONAL EVOLUTION||During early employment experiences, I witnessed instances of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. This motivated me to devote my career to improving the workplace for both employees and employers.|
|SOMETHING SURPRISING||For many years, I studied Japanese and Chinese martial arts, including Shotokan karate and Qi Gong. I employ the techniques of Kaizen (Japanese for “continuous improvement”) in my office and life.|
