EDUCATION: University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (BBA), Edgewood College (MBA, MS)
FIRST JOB: Growing up on my family's dairy farm in Wisconsin, I milked cows, mowed hay and picked rocks from fields. The farm continues to grow and now runs a dairy renewable natural gas project that generates an estimated 860,000 gallons of gasoline equivalent of ultralow carbon renewable natural gas per year.
DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I have a passion for agriculture, human performance and organizational strategy. If not in my current role, I would focus on developing renewable energy-powered greenhouses to provide healthy food options or working with organizations to optimize individual potential with crafting robust organizational frameworks as a strategy architect leveraging human performance.
SOMETHING SURPRISING: I swam across the English Channel in the Fall of 2024, am a six-time full-distance Ironman finisher and summited Mount Kilimanjaro. These challenges reflect my commitment to pushing boundaries and embracing endurance in all aspects of life.
