INDUSTRY TREND: AI tools are transforming how attorneys conduct research, manage cases and predict outcomes, increasing efficiency but also raising important ethical and practical questions. Firms must adapt to these changes while maintaining the human judgment essential to legal advocacy. Embracing technology offers opportunities for innovation and improved client service but also challenges us to balance automation with personalized, thoughtful representation.
