FOOD FIX: As Jimmy Buffett famously suggested, oysters and a cold beer can solve a lot of life's problems. If I have a choice, it's wild Apalachicola oysters. After a long day, it's less about the meal itself and more about slowing down, being present and reconnecting with friends and family.

IN MY DOWNTIME: Outside the office, I unplug on a small hobby farm in Red Bay — growing tomatoes, chasing guinea hens and spending time with my English springer spaniel, Junior. It's a slower pace that keeps me grounded and thinking clearly.
