Founded in Miami in 1967, Greenberg Traurig is a global law firm with more than 3,100 attorneys worldwide, including more than 400 in six offices throughout Florida. It's committed to supporting charitable and civic organizations through its community service and pro bono work. Gerber has been co-managing shareholder of the West Palm Beach office since 2014 and co-chair of the Securities Litigation Practice since 2017.

GIVING BACK: I'm a founding member of the Jewish Lawyers Association of Palm Beach County, which brings together Jewish lawyers and allies to raise awareness of our cultural heritage, promote justice and fight antisemitism. We formed the group after the Oct. 7, 2023, attack in Israel. I felt it was important to unite and strengthen our community.

DAILY RITUAL: I'm an early riser. I like to use quiet time in the morning to plan out my priorities for the day, which necessarily involve staying closely connected with my team and our clients. On the way to work I always call my mother, who provides inspiration and a dose of moral support for whatever challenge that may lie ahead.

NEXT GEN ADVICE: Focus on excellence and relationships early — both matter. Seek out sponsors, not just mentors, and be intentional about adding value to those around you. Your reputation is built over time through consistency, integrity and how you show up when it matters most.
