Castellano joined Trenam in 1992 and counsels businesses in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, securities law and more. He’s worked on billions of dollars in M&A and PE transactions and over the past three years has closed transactions with combined enterprise values exceeding $1.5 billion. Castellano has been actively involved with emerging growth and tech-enabled companies that support Tampa’s position as a hub for these entities and entrepreneurs.

IF I WERE GOVERNOR: I’d establish a more collaborative working relationship between our political parties and reduce the polarization that currently permeates our legislative and political process with a goal of bringing Floridians together to solve our issues.

INSPIRATIONAL FLORIDIAN: My mother has been an amazing inspiration throughout her life in terms of her hard work, commitment to family and faith, and support of my father’s medical practice. With the recent passing of my father after 60 years of marriage, she continues to show her strength of character, resilience and positive attitude, and she is an inspiring example of how to live my life.
