Codina Partners is a real estate development and investment firm focused on transforming downtown Doral in the Miami area. Ana-Marie Codina’s father, veteran developer Armando Codina, founded the firm in 2009 with the oldest of his four daughters, who became CEO in 2013. She led the master-planning of a suburban office park into the 250-acre mixed-use development Downtown Doral with more than 5,000 homes, more than a million square feet of commercial space, two charter schools, Doral City Hall, a three-acre park, and the new Doral Cultural Arts Center. The firm is currently developing the Sevilla at Downtown Doral, which will have 412 apartments in two towers. Codina serves on the board of directors of the Knight Foundation and is the founding co-chair of Partnership for Miami, a group of business leaders working to build a world-class Miami.
