Henderson has spearheaded Catalyst’s growth from a boutique real estate development firm to a nationally recognized health care real estate developer and investor. The firm is dedicated solely to health care, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to integrated health systems, physician groups, academic medical systems and hospitals. “I’ve made it a point to maintain active partnerships with multiple charitable organizations, knowing there is power in using our voices — and our influence — to uplift others,” he says.

FIRST JOB: An entrepreneur from a young age, I saw an opportunity to serve a unique experience to the growing amount of summer tourism in and around Perdido Key and Orange Beach, Ala. I started a business that sold ice cream by boats that mimicked iconic music-playing neighborhood ice cream trucks. Over multiple summers, I grew the business to a very successful three-boat operation. That experience opened my eyes to the world of entrepreneurship and sparked a passion that has guided me ever since.

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I’ve always been passionate about athletics and coaching young athletes. Throughout youth, high school and college athletics, my coaches have had a significant impact on my life.
