CEO, MOSS CONSTRUCTION, FORT LAUDERDALE

Moss is a national, privately held construction firm focused on construction management, solar installation and design-build. It has nearly 5,000 employees across the country, and annual revenue exceeding $3 billion. Moss has been the company’s founding leader and CEO for the past 21 years. He grew up around jobsites and started working in the construction field when he turned 17. He says his first job as a laborer on a concrete forming crew gave him a healthy respect for the hard work required to be successful in construction. Moss is also an advisory board member of the Urban Land Institute’s Southeast Florida/Caribbean Chapter and is a member of the Florida Council of 100.
