Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, is a commercial real estate leader offering a robust suite of services to multifamily and commercial property owners. Sinberg joined in 2013 to build Berkadia's Florida platform and market share. In less than seven years, Berkadia became the No. 1 provider of capital to Florida CRE investors, financing some of the largest residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects in the state.

NOTABLE TRENDS: This market will reward commercial property operators who can drive NOI. In terms of deal flow, sellers are beginning to accept valuation resets, and buyers have come to terms with the higher interest rate environment. There's still plenty of capital available for the right deals. Macroeconomic volatility is the wildcard.

GIVING BACK: The National Marrow Donor Program is incredibly close to my heart. I've been a bone marrow donor twice, so I've seen firsthand how a single act can grant a family a few more precious years together. It's a powerful reminder not to take anything for granted.

NEXT BIG FOCUS: I'm still laser-focused on sharpening our mortgage banking and investment sales capabilities to serve institutional and private clients across all asset classes and capital needs, from construction and structured finance to advisory. The goal: Be the first call, whatever the deal.

IN MY DOWNTIME: I'm a Little League coach and volleyball dad. My family and I are Miami Dolphins season ticket holders — watching my kids experience what I did growing up is something special. You'll also find me on the golf course or out on the water.

FOOD FIX: Ribeye steak, sweet potato, broccoli.

DAILY RITUAL: I exercise regularly, get good sleep and eat clean as much as possible.

PERSONAL RESET: Spending time with my family and having dinner together. My wife is amazing and super supportive.
