It has operations throughout Florida and currently employs 580 people. Ezratti has been part of the organization for 23 years, serving as president since 2016. EDUCATION: Boston University (BA)
FIRST JOB: In high school, I worked a summer job scooping ice cream at a Ben & Jerry’s store on the beach.
DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I would be an author. ... I pride myself on being a good storyteller with great attention to detail.
SOMETHING SURPRISING: I went scuba diving with dozens of tiger sharks and bull sharks in Fiji and somehow stayed calm.
PASSION PROJECT: I have been working with my neighbors to design and fund a community park where kids can play and enjoy the great outdoors. The project is a labor of love that requires collaboration with local government and neighborhood committees. I look forward to witnessing it come to fruition.
INDUSTRY TREND: Rising home prices and high interest rates have led to housing affordability issues. One result is an increasing demand in the new home marketplace for smaller homes. Homebuyers recognize that square footage is less important than a well-designed floorplan that meets their needs.
