MITCH GLAESER

A serial entrepreneur and sustainable community builder, Glaeser has started 12 companies from the ground up with several significant exits and is currently developing San Felasco Tech City, an 82-acre live-and-work development that’s drawing innovative entrepreneurs and their companies to Alachua County. Glaeser has also served on and led numerous community boards and initiatives. He once orchestrated a letter-writing campaign to public officials that led to the construction of a new bridge over the Missouri River, between Nebraska and Missouri.

Attended Santa Fe College

FIRST JOB: Besides seeking odd jobs door to door in my neighborhood as a child, I worked at a packing plant after school each day at the age of 12, where I sorted and packed bell peppers.

SOMETHING SURPRISING: I failed first grade but ended up graduating at 17 in the top tier of my class.

HOBBY: I love traveling to and exploring remote places, seeing beautiful landscapes and experiencing unique cultures. These rare experiences foster personal growth and unforgettable memories that blend adventure and connection, creating stories that can be told and inspire others.
