Franklin Street is a national commercial real estate investment firm with 400 employees across 12 offices. Wright has served as CEO since founding the company. Besides that, he wears many hats. As CEO of Ally Capital Group, he oversees strategy, capital allocation and investments across various asset classes. He's co-founder of Next Level Brands Hospitality, which is focused on bringing elevated dining to iconic locations, and chairman of Lighthouse Risk MGA, a specialized insurance platform.

IN MY DOWNTIME: I enjoy live music concerts. I come from a musically talented family, so music has always been part of who I am. Concerts give me a chance to unplug, recharge and offer the opportunity to set aside daily demands to simply enjoy the experience.

FOOD FIX: Almost anything Italian. Italian food creates an atmosphere that feels welcoming and unhurried. I value any opportunity to sit around a table with family and friends, share stories, laugh and reconnect. For me, it's the combination of great food and great company that makes it so enjoyable.
