Coming off their huge success in 2023 recruiting global soccer superstar Lionel Messi to their Major League Soccer team Inter Miami CF, Mas and his brother, Jose, have been busy putting together a $550-million offering that will enable the company to purchase its previously issued 6.625% senior notes due in 2029. The sons of legendary Cuban exile leader and entrepreneur Jorge Mas Canosa, the Mas brothers are both University of Miami graduates. Their company employs 34,000 and is 13th on Florida Trend’s list of the state’s largest public companies. Mas Tech builds infrastructure in communications, clean energy, industry, power delivery and pipelines.
