For over 45 years, Hedrick has led Hedrick Brothers Construction, specializing in construction management for commercial and luxury residential projects. With more than 200 employees, it has expanded into commercial property development through Hedrick Brothers Development, and it focuses on shoreline hardening and water quality via Hedrick Brothers Environmental. “I actively support Florida’s youth leadership, construction management and trade programs while holding statewide professional leadership roles,” Hedrick says.

FIRST JOB: My first job was managing maintenance for housing units. As a teenager, I swept floors, carried materials and assisted tradespeople, learning the value of hard work and quality craftsmanship.
