Alan Bomstein

CEO, CREATIVE CONTRACTORS, CLEARWATER

Bomstein started contracting 50 years ago with a company he called Store Builders, building more than 100 stores in six regional malls. As his portfolio expanded, Bomstein changed the business name to Creative Contractors and worked on some of the Tampa Bay area’s most recognizable facilities, including Ruth Eckerd Hall, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and numerous government and educational facilities. In addition, Bomstein serves on dozens of civic and business boards, including chairing the board of directors for Tampa’s public television affiliate WEDU, being a longtime member of the University of South Florida Foundation, a BayCare Health System trustee and a board member on the Florida Council of 100.
