Lisa Palmer
PRESIDENT & CEO, REGENCY CENTERS, JACKSONVILLE
Palmer leads a company that owns, operates and develops shopping centers in suburban areas throughout the U.S. With the company’s acquisition of Urstadt Biddle Properties, it now has 480 centers totaling more than 56 million square feet of leasable space. Palmer joined Regency in 1996 and took over as CEO in 2020. Before joining Regency, she worked with Accenture as a consultant and was a financial analyst for General Electric. Palmer is a member of the boards of directors of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and Brooks Rehabilitation. She chairs the boards of the United Way of Northeast Florida and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she was a star softball player. She has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
