Neology specializes in transforming undervalued communities in Miami's urban core into sought-after neighborhoods. It has delivered more than 3,000 homes and is planning another 2,000, and it has a real estate portfolio exceeding $2 billion.

DAILY RITUAL: Discipline and routine. I am up at 5 a.m., which gives me a head start before the day begins. That time, whether working out or drinking coffee, is where I think, plan and set direction. Consistency is everything. The edge comes from doing the small things right every single day.

INDUSTRY TREND: Technology is transforming real estate in a meaningful way. AI and data are changing how we design, underwrite, lease and operate. The future belongs to groups that combine strong product with smarter execution.

IN MY DOWNTIME: I love horses and spending time at the farm. It is a completely different pace from my day-to-day. I also have a black belt in tae kwon do, which tends to surprise people. I am more low-key and grounded than people assume.

GIVING BACK: Amigos For Kids has been part of my life for decades. What matters most to me is the consistency it provides. For many of these children, it is a place they can rely on every single day. That stability, guidance and support can truly change the trajectory of a life.
