Bill Finfrock
PRESIDENT, FINFROCK, APOPKA
Bill Finfrock is president of the family construction firm his grandfather started more than 75 years ago. The company is the state’s largest single-source provider of precast buildings and a national leader as a design-builder of parking structures. One of Finfrock’s most recent construction projects is the $97.5-million Towers Phase 2, a new 4-story, 700-bed dormitory at Florida A&M University on track to be completed in 2025. Finfrock’s specialty is using patented precast concrete components that can be assembled almost like Lego blocks. Finfrock studied civil engineering at Vanderbilt University and earned an MBA from Rollins College. He is active in the local community, serving for years on the AdventHealth Cancer Institute board and the board of Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka.
