A timberland real estate investment trust, Rayonier either owns, leases or manages about 2.7 million acres in the South, Pacific Northwest and New Zealand. In 2017, the company relocated its headquarters to Wildlight, a 24,000-acre master-planned community north of Jacksonville being developed by Raydient, a Rayonier subsidiary that’s developing communities in Florida, Georgia and Washington. Rayonier has 425 employees, and Corr joined the senior leadership team in 2013. He has been a state legislator, member of the Constitutional Revision Commission, gubernatorial transition team leader, University of Florida trustee and chair of the Florida Council of 100.
