Paul Kaplan

Kaplan leads a residential property management company with more than 2,200 employees and 80,000-plus units under management. KW provides management services, including accounting, maintenance and technology for high-rises, homeowners’ associations, garden-style townhomes and more. A Tulane University graduate, Kaplan holds an MBA from the University of Miami. He began his business career with Arthur Andersen, the international accounting and consulting firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Kaplan remains bullish on Florida’s current and future growth potential. “We have experienced incredible investment and corporate migration from high-tax states, and we do not see that slowing down any time soon,” says Kaplan.
