Ryan Kratz

PRESIDENT, SOUTHEAST/MID-CENTRAL REGIONS, COLLIERS, MIAMI

Kratz, a native of rural Iowa, started off in financial services and moved into commercial real estate after earning his MBA from Harvard University. He joined Colliers in 2010 and in 2018 moved into his current role as a member of Colliers U.S. executive leadership team, overseeing 30 offices in the Southeast and Midwest totaling 875 employees. He also serves as executive sponsor and liaison for Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council, an 80-member team of office tenant brokers. Colliers has operations in 67 countries where it offers professional services and investment management. Kratz has visited more than 90 countries and says Burma is one of his favorites. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Babson College.
